George, Scott’s unit had their tour shortened and were blessed to get
home just in time for Christmas.
So he is home with his family in Germany.

Thank You and DSS for all you’ve done for Scott and his unit during his
deployment! You are amazing!
Have a very blessed New Year!

Dear George,

I have received a bunch of boxes and a Christmas tree with ornaments
which I’m grateful for. Sorry it has taken me a while to get back with
you, but was planning to send out thank you letters and postcards this
weekend. We have a USA Club over here in Egypt that we are going to put
the tree up in. I will take pictures and send them to you.

I shared all the goodies with fellow soldiers and everyone is very
grateful for all the wonderful stuff you have sent. Tell all the schools
and students that I will be sending cards to thank them all for the
great treats I have been receiving.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Egypt.

Thank You All so very much for all you do for us soldiers!

We got the packages thank you very much. I don’t have much access to
computers so it took me a while to be able to message you. But we got
them and Christmas was great. I really appreciate all the hard work and
effort you and everyone else puts in.

Hi George, Daniel just called me!! He wanted to say Merry Christmas.
He got the tree and the ornaments on Saturday. His mail has been slow.
He was excited and wanted me to tell you thank you. He is getting ready
to head back out and does not know if he will be back before Christmas.

Thanks again for all you do.

Betty

George,

Again I just wanted to let you know how much the things you all do mean
to us. You make it easier to be away for the holidays by giving us a
little piece of home, and letting us know that people back home do still
care and support us. Thank you and everyone that helps you for
everything you do.

George,

Wes received his packages. I talked to Dustin on facebook and he said
that he got the Christmas tree. I think he tried to send me a message
letting me know that he got two others, but I’ll have to catch him
online again to make sure. I’ll try and do that tonight.

Thanks!!
