The 35th Engineer Brigade has arrived back home!!

They entered Nutter Field House at Fort Leonard Wood around 10 PM May 30, 2008.

They were greeted by a brass quintet and the cheers of family and friends !!

Among the first to enter, was LTC James Branson!

The Patriot Guard which escorted the troops home took up a position behind the formation.

They gave thanks for their safe return.

After the formation, they had the chance to meet their family and friends!

Warren Knoll (Left) and Tom Knoll (right) ran the 30 miles from Eldon to Jefferson City today. I caught up with them above when they were about half way on their trip up US 54.

Later they were received at the American Legion where they were presented donations from both the Legion Post #5 as well as the the Legion Riders.
