Hi George,

I spoke with my son Russ Wolfe yesterday and he said that he received his packages this last Saturday, unfortunately he was moving to a different Camp (Camp Speicher) on Sunday and had to move all those items with him, he is very grateful and thanks everyone for their support, he has shared his good with many of his fellow soldiers, he says that they have eaten so many snacks that they are sick. He said that he will be set for the rest of his tour now. Thank You so much, this really means allot to Russ and myself. Do have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Many Thanks,
Sheila Himmerick

I would like to let you know that I received the packages and I appreciate it so much. I am on my third tour over here and this is the first time I have received something of this magnitude and I would like to send a heart felt thank you and let you know how much I and my Soldier’s appreciate all that you and your volunteers have done. You are making a difference and believe me, a little slice of home means so much. I attached a couple pictures of our clinic.

Thanks again!!!

George,

I along with some of my buddies received two large boxes of goodies last week from Operation Adopt a Hero. Thank you, Jefferson City High School and everyone that supports the OAAH program. The war goes on; however, the extremist attacks have fallen sharply in Baghdad and other areas,we now have citizens volunteering to help trap insurgents, and hundreds of Iraqi refugees are heading back home to Baghdad, where they can start a new life. Thanks again for all the support from the home front. It is GREATLY appreciated by all.
